Katzenklavier, the cat piano

As bizarre as the title suggests, this piece from PRA, tells a story about the Cat piano. Originally a 18th century musical novelty claimed to help ADHD patients, it consists of  a row of cats, arranged to musical progression. When the user pushes a key, a sharp nail poked the cats, causing them to make sounds.

Set to a poem narrated by Nick Cave, The Cat piano tells of a city of cats, haunted by an unknown villain, who kidnaps them for his cat piano.
